Experts predict the median price at year-end 2025 will be 14,970 PLN/m². Krakow maintains its position as Poland’s second most expensive city – 1,360 PLN/m² cheaper than Warsaw.
Interesting fact: Zwierzyniec is rising fastest (+4% monthly), possibly related to metro construction plans and infrastructure investments.
