New developments, like the one on Dietla, offer modern apartments maintaining the historical character of facades.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Who buys in Kazimierz? Primarily artists, culture people, freelance professionals. More and more international IT companies locate their offices here, followed by young specialists. It\u2019s also a favorite district for investors focused on short-term rentals, though new regulations may change this.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Kazimierz\u2019s greatest asset is its authenticity. Where else will you find a bookstore open until midnight, jazz bars hidden in cellars, craft workshops operating for generations? This isn\u2019t just a place to live, it\u2019s a lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Challenges? Of course there are. Noise on weekend evenings, tourist crowds in summer, limited parking spaces. But Kazimierz residents unanimously claim: \u201cIt\u2019s a small price to pay for living in Krakow\u2019s most magical place.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">If you\u2019re thinking about Kazimierz, act fast. Good offers disappear within days.
