Who are we looking for?
A Team Leader — someone who will lead our team of real estate agents, motivate and support them, help them achieve top results, and at the same time continuously develop their own competencies.
What will you do?
- Manage a team of real estate agents — motivate, support, and develop their skills;
- Monitor team performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency;
- Support agents in client relations and negotiations;
- Participate in creating the company’s sales and marketing strategies;
- Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain team work standards;
What is important to us?
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a team leader in a real estate agency;
- Leadership skills — work organization, strong communication, team motivation;
- Responsibility, punctuality, and a goal-oriented mindset;
