We are looking for a Real Estate Agent / Broker to join our real estate agency / investment company. Our office is located in Kraków at ul. Jana Pawła II 58. We specialize in the purchase, sale, short- and long-term rental, as well as real estate investments in Kraków and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Actively searching for and managing real estate purchase, sale, and rental transactions.
Organizing documentation and coordinating sales and rental processes.
Presenting real estate properties and conducting professional client meetings.
Negotiating and finalizing deals.
Requirements:
Polish language proficiency at level B1/C1 – required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or rental – required.
Experience with CRM systems and real estate platforms – an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
High level of personal culture and professionalism in client interactions.
Responsibility, organizational skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to independently manage your workflow.
Knowledge of other foreign languages – will be an advantage.
Category B driver’s license – an additional plus.
